You have to admire Rigurt from the Nord Cultural Exchange for making flirty innuendo-filled small talk with the Proxy Queen of all people, and the Proxy Queen replying in kind (though that turned my stomach a lil bit xD), he is definitely deserving of the 'Brash' title :D
